John Power

Director

John Power brings over 20 years of recruitment expertise, having personally filled roles from entry-level to executive across multiple industries. After struggling to find a recruitment partner who truly understood his business needs, he took ownership of the hiring process—gaining deep, hands-on insight into talent acquisition and team building.

In addition to recruitment, he’s a proven leader in technology sales and operations, with over a decade driving EMEA-wide strategy, managing high-performing teams, and opening new markets.

Known for exceeding targets and adapting to market shifts, John builds agile, resilient organisations and remains passionate about innovation, sustainable growth, and setting new standards in business development and client engagement.

Aidan Killian

Director

Aidan Killian brings over 20 years of industry experience and a strong track record of successful placements from CEOs to front-office staff. A graduate of University College Dublin (B.Comm), he also holds a Certificate in Technical Analysis and a Black Belt in social media sourcing.

Before recruitment, Aidan spent 15 years in Dublin’s banking sector, primarily in Treasury, gaining deep insight into Irish and EU financial systems. He also manages the Irish Credit Union Jobs LinkedIn group of 200+ professionals and has partnered with over 50 Credit Unions nationwide—earning recognition for his professionalism, integrity, and results-driven approach.

Claire Creighan

Head of Client Strategy

Claire Creighan brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across financial services and recruitment, including roles as CEO, Head of HR, and in senior positions spanning business development and lending.

Her career combines executive leadership with HR expertise, enabling her to build effective client strategies, shape organisational culture, and lead high-performing teams. Claire has a proven record in driving growth, transformation, and people-focused success.

She holds a Professional Diploma in HR Management (Distinction) from UCD, an MSc in Marketing, an Advanced Certificate in Credit Union Practices from UU, and a BBS from TUD. Claire is also an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) and Credit Union Adviser (CUA) through the LIA.
